Our Organization operates at state, regional, and local levels of government. It is composed of interventions that are comprehensive and coordinated, and we use evidence-based practice and service provided by competent local

- To make women productive citizens in the Commonwealth of Virginia by helping them obtain employment, build healthy relationships, and restore family ties while changing the negative mode of behavior living within the community
